Tea Time

Drinking tea is one of the oldest natural remedies. It improves your health and boosts your immune system with the many antioxidants it contains. I used to view tea as a drink  reserved for holidays, tea parties, or a winter cold. Now I drink tea on a daily basis and always have many different kinds on hand, to be readily available to remedy anything.
